Job Factors for the Working Time Required per Claim Medical Care Costs in National Health Insurance in Korea

Abstract

|
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the job factors related for the working time required per claim medical care costs in national health insurance in Korea.
Methods: The data were collected from 158 workers who engaged to working in claim medical care costs at 28 general hospitals in korea.
Results: Job factors of theirs were that the career was (-) correlation with the average time required for claim medical care costs of inpatients, while their salary was (-) correlation with the average time required for that of outpatients.
Conclusions: The implications of this study is that general hospitals are requested to find ways to engage professional manpower in consideration of their job factors.
